The Partnership
The Barn Surgery is a partnership. Dr Pidgeon has a medical degree from The University of Southampton and qualified in 2006 and is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners. Dr Brown is also a partner.
Primary Care Network
The Barn Surgery is a member of the Coastal and South Downs Care Partnership Primary Care Network along with The Lime Tree Surgery.
Sussex Integrated Care Board
The Barn Surgery are part of the Sussex Integrated Board and fall under West Sussex ‘Place’.

Practice Information
Parking
On street unrestricted parking is available but please be mindful of others.
Facilities
Modern equipment and computerisation help the surgery run efficiently and effectively. The surgery has a wheelchair ramp and WC featuring facilities for the disabled. We are also equipped for Minor Surgery.
Patient Participation Group
We are interested in hearing your views about the surgery, how well we are doing and how we may be able to improve the services we offer you – we can only do this with your help. You can find out more here
GP Training
The Practice is involved in the teaching of medical students and occasionally you may be asked if you mind if a medical student sits in on your consultation.
GP Patient Survey
The GP Patient Survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos MORI on behalf of NHS England. The survey is sent out to over two million people across England. The results show how people feel about their GP practice.
Our overall CQC Rating was: GOOD
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) makes sure hospitals, care homes, dental and GP surgeries, and all other care services in England provide people with safe, effective, compassionate and high-quality care and encourages them to make improvements where possible.
